Dear Members of the Institute of Control, Robotics, and Systems (ICROS),

Warm greetings to all of you.
As we welcome the year 2025, I extend my sincere wishes for health and happiness to you and your families.
This year marks the 31st anniversary of ICROS, which has grown to become a leading academic society in the fields of control, robotics, and systems. Through active collaboration with prominent academic organizations both domestically and internationally, we have consistently supported your research and promoted academic growth. In 2025, we will continue to fulfill this role with dedication and work towards achieving further advancements. In particular, we will strengthen opportunities for academic cooperation and information exchange among members from academia, industry, and research institutes, while fostering closer relationships among our members.

This year, two significant academic conferences are planned. The 40th Annual Conference of the Institute of Control, Robotics, and Systems (ICROS 2025) will be held from June 25 (Wednesday) to June 27 (Friday) at Jeonbuk National University. This conference will feature diverse sessions and research topics, providing a platform for vibrant academic collaboration and discussion. Furthermore, the 25th International Conference on Control, Automation, and Systems (ICCAS 2025) will take place from November 4 (Tuesday) to November 7 (Friday) at Songdo Convensia in Incheon. ICCAS 2025 will host distinguished international scholars as speakers, offering a platform to share groundbreaking research and innovative ideas, thereby fostering global academic exchange.

Additionally, we will continue to focus on enhancing the quality of our key publications, including. the ICROS Magazine, the Journal of the Institute of Control, Robotics, and Systems (indexed in SCOPUS), and the International Journal of Control, Automation, and Systems (IJCAS) (indexed in SCIE). I kindly request your active interest and submission of high-quality research papers to help us grow these journals into top-tier international publications.
